The fourth annual Child ID Fair hosted by the Anna Police Department on Aug. 24 kept officers and support staff busy as a steady flow of parents (with kids in tow) came to register their children. Each child was photographed, fingerprinted and received a laminated ID card. All pertinent information required for the police to file a report in the event a missing or abducted child was entered into the department’s database. The children even had an opportunity to exchange "high fives" with McGruff the crime dog, doing so happily.
