Credit card abuse — A complainant in the 2000 block of East Graves reported on Jan. 12 that someone used his credit card without his permission to make a purchase at Best Buy.


Information report — A complainant in the 1100 block of Haskell Drive reported on Jan. 13 that someone fraudulently used her debit card number to make unauthorized purchases on her checking account in another jurisdiction.


Fraudulent use — A complainant in the 3100 block of Palo Pinto reported on Jan. 21 that someone used his identifying information to add themselves to his credit card account; and they made unauthorized charges on the card.


Fraudulent use — A complainant in the 2300 block of Houston Drive reported on Jan. 23 that someone used her identifying information to use her Lowe’s credit card, make unauthorized charges on her checking account, and to attempt to open a credit card in her name.


Fraudulent use — A complainant in the 3000 block of Pinecrest reported on Jan. 22 that someone used her identifying information to fraudulently open Verizon cell phone accounts in her name.


Possession — An officer stopped a vehicle at State Highway 121 at Miller Road for a traffic violation on Jan. 13. A 21-year-old male from McKinney found to be in possession of cocaine and arrested.


Assault — Officers were dispatched on Jan. 19 to a domestic disturbance in the 4300 block of Milrany Lane. The suspect left location prior to officers’ arrival.


Information report — Officers were dispatched on Jan. 20 to take a report of a missing person report from the 4300 block of Milrany. The person was located the next day.


Criminal trespass — A complainant in the 4400 block of Blackberry reported on Jan. 20 that someone entered her vehicle, but nothing was stolen.


Information report — Officers backed up first responders on Jan. 21 in the 600 block of Buck Pass Drive. A report was made for documentation purposes only.


Theft — A complainant in the 4400 block of Sycamore reported on Jan. 22 that someone entered her unlocked vehicle and stole a firearm from it.


Assault — Officers responded on Jan. 22 to domestic disturbance in the 1100 block of Baylor Drive. A report was made.
