Howe to Face Former District Foe
By Jack Walker
Staff Writer
The Honey Grove Warriors provide the opposition in week four as the Bulldogs attempt to keep their 2010 winning streak alive as the non-district schedule ends.
Honey Grove dropped down to Class A this season but the Warriors come into tonight's contest with a two-game winning streak over the Bulldogs.
Despite a drop in classification, the Warriors still have a couple of Finney's on the team and that always spells speed.
Demontre is a sophomore wide receiver with a 4.6, 40-time and Dijon Finney caught a touchdown pass in Honey Grove's 34-20 win over Howe last season. Junior Dillon Baugh has taken over the quarterback duties for he Warriors and he has speed in the backfield as well.
Look for a wide-open offensive contest at Bulldog Stadium.
