ANNA -- The Anna Independent School District Board of Trustees meets at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Administration Room board room, 501 S. Sherley. The meeting is open to the public.

The agenda shows that the board may vote on:

* construction of new high school and renovations from Claycomb & Associates and Pogue Construction;

* addition of auditorium to the project;

* election details;

* 2010-11 salary schedule;

* "consent agenda" items including minutes of previous meetings, grading-progress reports to parents, renewal of student insurance, selection of textbooks.

* report on board member continuing education hours;

* nominations for TASB media honor roll;

* quarterly investment report, construction funds, and budgets and budget amendments.

The board will go into executive session to discussion personnel issues, the take votes on any items they deem necessary after returning to open session.

Early in the meeting, the public may address the board.
