Woman indicted in wrong way traffic fatality

<p>Bobbi Elvington of Sherman faces an intoxication manslaughter charge this week after being indicted for the death of a 64-year-old Garland woman, Hien Vuong.
</p>

<p>The indictment is a formal charge and not an indication of guilt.
</p>

<p>Police say Elvington was driving the wrong way down U.S. Highway 75 at the time of the crash and struck Ms. Vuong's vehicle head-on. The crash occurred Feb. 1.
</p>

<p>If convicted she will face up to 20 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.
</p>

<p>The following other people were also indicted:

<p>Steven Cobb Jr., 17, of Denison - burglary of a habitation and arson;

<p>Steven Sheren, 38, of Sherman - driving while intoxicated 3rd or more;
</p>

<p>Zandra Winchester, 48, of Denison - forgery of a financial instrument;
</p>

<p>Randall Haskins, 39, of Denison - possession of a controlled substance meth and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon;

<p>Joshua Fryar, 17, of Denison - burglary of a habitation;
</p>

<p>Joseph Daniel Brown, 18, of Denison - two counts of burglary of a habitation;
