Woman indicted in wrong way traffic fatality

Bobbi Elvington of Sherman faces an intoxication manslaughter charge this week after being indicted for the death of a 64-year-old Garland woman, Hien Vuong.

The indictment is a formal charge and not an indication of guilt.

Police say Elvington was driving the wrong way down U.S. Highway 75 at the time of the crash and struck Ms. Vuong's vehicle head-on. The crash occurred Feb. 1.

If convicted she will face up to 20 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.

Randall Haskins, 39, of Denison - possession of a controlled substance meth and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon;
