Whitesboro Ends Coyotes' Season

<p>Whitesboro used a 2-3 zone defense to limit Anna's offensive opportunities and beat the Coyotes, 60-43, on Tuesday night in a Class 3A Region II bi-district game at Prosper High School.
</p>

<p>Andre Gibbs closed out his Anna career with a team-high 15 points. Backcourt mate and fellow senior Ian Reutelhuber added 11.
</p>

<p>Jordan Covey scored 13, while Matthew Foster and Cory Meaders tallied two apiece.
</p>

<p>Two players finished with double-doubles for the Bearcats (21-13). Matt Miller finished with 14 points and 12 rebounds, and Austin Cleland had 18 points and 10 rebounds.
