Grayson County Sheriff's Deputies make drug arrests in Denison

<p>Grayson County Sheriff's Office narcotics officers arrested two adults on drug charges on Friday in Denison.
</p>

<p>Estela Delgado, 49, and Jose Javier Vega, 46, were arrested and jailed on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine)
between 4-200 grams and endangering a child by placing him in imminent
danger. Vega posted $25,000 bond, and Delgado posted $10,000 bond. Both
were released Saturday.
<br></p><p>Grayson County S.O. Sgt. Rickey Wheeler said that the office's narcotics team has been investigating the house at 9897 N. FM 1417 for several months. The house is also used as a home business.
</p>Wheeler said they found suspected methamphetamine with a street value of about $5,000 hidden in the attic, the master bedroom, and the garage. The also found scales and materials associated with the packaging for sale of drugs; several guns, two of which had been reported stolen; and more than $5,000 in cash. 




<p>Wheeler added that the Sheriff's Office will be seeking forfeiture of the money and guns through the Grayson County District Attorney's Office.

<p>A child slept through the incident until Child Protective Services and family members arrived to remove him. One of the guns found was laying  underneath the child's bed, Wheeler said.</p>
