Howe Welcomes Back Coach K

<p>Veteran coach David Kaniatobe will be returning to Howe this year as an assistant to coach Derek Lands on the Lady Bulldogs basketball team and will also be the head girls track coach.
</p>

<p>Coach K has spent the last three years at Bonham High School where he was the head coach for the Lady Warriors hoops team and also coached girls track. He first came to Howe with coach Lands when both moved from Bonham in 2002.
</p>

<p>Kaniatobe had a part in building the success of the girls track program at Howe, being on board for the first three of the Lady Bulldogs current streak of six consecutive district track titles.
</p>

<p>In addition to his duties as an assistant to Lands, Kaniatobe will coach cross-country and he will be the head coach for the girls varsity track team.</p>
