Grayson County District Attorney Joe Brown released a list of people indicted this week. The indictments are formal charges and are not an indication of guilt. The following people were indicted:
* Bradley Hensley II, 25, of Sherman - aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and endangering a child;
* Rodger David, 44, of Sherman - assault causing bodily injury and aggravated assault;
* Melinda Jaeger, 53, of Dallas - intoxicated assault with a vehicle with serious bodily injury and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon;
* Theodore Marsico, 56, of Pottsboro - indecency with a child sexual contact;
* Janet Martin, 44, of Denison - failure to appear;
* Michael Smith II, 19, of Denison - two counts of burglary of a habitation;
* Sean Friday, 25, of Van Alstyne - credit card abuse;
* Mollie Franklin, 40, of Van Alstyne - driving while intoxicated with a child under 15;
* Warren Bushey, 50, of McKinney - evading arrest with a motor vehicle;
* Julian Hernandez, 21, of Van Alstyne - possession of a controlled substance;
* Javier Romero, 31, of Howe - possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver;
* Larry Chitwood, 33, of Sherman - possession of a controlled substance;
* Tony Davis, 38, of Hendrix, Okla. - driving while intoxicated 3rd or more;
* Christopher Turner, 28, of Denison - driving while intoxicated 3rd or more;
* Mark Blount, 53, of Denison - driving while intoxicated 3rd or more;
* Brian Thomas, 27, of Sherman - driving while intoxicated 3rd or more;
* Randy Gibson, 52, of Bonham - driving while intoxicated 3rd or more;
* Sharon Baird, 34, of Sherman - possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone;
* Cheryl Roberts, 20, of Sherman - possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone;
* David Orozco, 21, of Sherman - possession of a controlled substance;
* Casey Lambert, 22, of Howe - possession of a controlled substance;
* Linda Chapman, 53, of Sherman - theft of property with previous conviction;
* Justin Taylor, 22, of Sherman - possession of a controlled substance;
* William Wilson, 27, of Sherman - possession of marijuana;
* Ricky Hughes, 41, of Sherman - possession of a controlled substance;
* Justin Caldwell, 22, of Sherman - assault causing bodily injury with previous conviction and unlawful restraint;
* Derrick Gregory, 21, of Howe - sex offender failure to register;
* Andrew Humphrey, 21, of Godley - credit card abuse;
* Randall Branscome, 43, of Denison - possession of a controlled substance;
* Mallory Crist, 23, of Sherman - possession of a controlled substance;
* Billy Giles, 36, of Denison - possession of a controlled substance;
* Gabriel Gunter, 26, of Denison - possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in a drug free zone;
* Cherie Gunter, 25, of Denison - possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in a drug free zone;
* Erik Schreyer, 30, of Denison - possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in a drug free zone;
* Chad Stanglin, 34, of Denison - possession of marijuana in a drug free zone;
